Group Structure

We operate through two main companies, Vixbona Ltd, which owns all our investments and its’ wholly owned subsidiary Vixcroft Ltd (the company that undertook the buy-out from Arrowcroft Holdings Ltd) which provides asset management services in respect of our investments owned by Arrowcroft Holdings Ltd and for third parties such as banks and other owners of problematic assets.

We regularly partner with outside investors to inject development capital into tired assets through Joint Venture special purpose companies.
