David van der Lande, BSc (Est Man) Hons, MRICS

David joined Vixcroft in June 2015, bringing to bear over 20 years of development skills.  As Director at Town Centre Regeneration and prior to that, as a Development Director at DTZ and Partner at Donaldsons, he has advised on major town and city centre schemes in Belfast, Bath and Stoke-on-Trent, secured planning consent extending the Liberty, Romford, assembled the land for Highcross, Leicester and secured development agreements, land owner agreements and planning agreements that have required private public partnership to deliver a variety of significant mixed use schemes throughout the UK.

At Vixcroft his role is to identify and implement development opportunities as part of Vixcroft’s active management strategy on new and existing assets as well as unlocking development on new sites.

He is a MRICS, sits on the BCSC Urban Development Committee and is a member of the Compulsory Purchase Association.

He is married with two children.  Outside of work, having retired from Rugby, he enjoys country sports, cycling, hacking round golf courses and raising funds for Cystic Fibrosis - when not involved in structural gardening or carrying out DIY.
