Tim Wanjohi, BA

Tim is a certified accountant and has predominantly been in property finance for the last 15 years.

He joined Vixcroft in 2014 at conception from Criterion Capital where he focused in shopping centres finance management, and prior at NB Real Estate now Capita.

He is now involved in income and revenue account management, financing, bookkeeping for new business and existing ones while maintaining close working relationships with funding investors and managing agents.

Tim lives in Kent with his wife and son and is a keen sportsman, plays football weekly and can be occasionally see out fine dining and giving Greg Wallace a run for his money as a food/restaurant critic.
